A five-year-old girl has been unlawfully taken from South Africa by her Congolese father without the mother’s consent. It is alleged that he intends to leave the country and move to Europe.

The child’s mother, Noluthando Mkhaliphi, is pleading for urgent public assistance to locate her daughter and ensure her safe return home.
